Our fall off the bone melt in your mouth ribs and pulled pork is marinated in another NYC secret recipe for a minimum of 24 hours and then slowly roasted off a at a low temperature for… shall we say quite a while, until it’s just how you like it! The marinating and slow roasting of the meat takes up to two days. That’s a lot of NYC TLC!
